摘要
The distribution of rare and disseminated elements in the combustion of coals and their mixtures with carbonaceous rock under conditions modeling industrial conditions has been studied. The elements Ge, Ga, Pb, As, Zn, Sb, Mo, Hg, Tl, I, and Sn sublime and are concentrated in the fly ash or in high-temperature 'chemical filters' (of CaO and Nb//2O//5). Sr, Ba, Zr, Ti, Rb, La, Ce, Fe, and U remain mainly in the slag. No spontaneous fission exceeding the background has been detected in concentrates of the volatile elements obtained from the combustion of a number of coals and carbonaceous rocks, which gives a limit to the amount of superheavy elements in these rocks of 10** minus **1**4 g/g.
