Description is presented of a flowmeter which operates on the principle of capacitance ″noise″ which shows the total amount of material conveyed through a pipeline in a given time. Operating from normal power supplies, the device consists of an electrode, a sensing head, power supply/integrator amplifier unit and an indicating meter.
