摘要
The purpose of this study was to increase the quality of roll forgings, shorten the heating cycle and reduce the consumption of gas and oxidation loss of metal. This goal was achieved by gradually reducing the temperature in the axial zone of the castings through transitions to the temperature at the end of the last forging operation not exceeding the critical threshold of austenitic grain growth, and by redistributing the forging reduction ratio in the operations.
