摘要
Agitating ball mills are widely used in the paint and ink industry. A variety of design parameters is decisive for the quality of the grinding effect and the total cost: The shape of the grinding container, the separation device, the agitator shaft, the choice of materials used etc. A total cost optimum can be achieved by not only designing for minimum purchasing price objectives, but by respecting lifetime, maintenance, and cleaning requirements.
