摘要
The paper describes a newly developed and introduced system of automated design of resistance welding processes which includes the development of general and operational technology for welding and auxiliary operations, namely, displacement, preparing the surfaces, assembling for welding, machining after welding, and technical inspection. The result of operating the system is the issue of a complete set of technological documentation. During operation, the system calculates the welding conditions, determines and standardizes the main and auxiliary transitions, determines the standard time, the required number of operators, their grades and professional codes, document codes, the complete sequence of operations and transitions, indicates jigs and tare, prepares the data for equipment and procurement cards, and prints technological documents.
