摘要：
The directional monochromatic emittances of the surfaces of metals and nonmetals were analyzed two-dimensionally and calculated. On the other hand, the directional monochromatic emittance was measured by a blackbody comparison method using aluminum-evaporated rough surfaces after scratching for the metallic random rough surface, and using the paint-coated rough surface for the nonmetallic random rough surface. The results obtained in comparison with the measured values and the calculated values are given.
