A discussion about the trade association's general membership meeting, held at the elegant- and expensive- Greenbrier resort in White Sulphur Springs, W.Va. from 4-6 June 2003 is presented. The meeting was an invitation-only affair attended by the chief executive officers of almost all the major U.S. chemical companies. A rough draft of the Ogilvy communications package was presented by David Fowler, a member of the agency's youthful creative team, during the meeting.
