摘要
During agitation leaching of the sinter and counterflow working of the nepheline sludge in thickener filters the secondary losses of alumina and alkali are insignificant, as is attested to by the practically invariable composition of the fine fractions of the sludge. During two-stage leaching of nepheline sinter the fine fractions of the sludge contain a large quantity of sodium hydroaluminosilicate and hydrogarnet. It is advisable to leave the finest fraction of the sludge (5-10 gl liter) with a high concentration of valuable components (40-50%, with respect to the fine sludge mass) in the aluminate solution to be desiliconized.
