Problems related to transferring to and maintaining the orbit of a spacecraft near the collinear libration point L//2 of the earth-sun system are considered. A method is developed for analyzing and calculating single-impulse transfer of a spacecraft from an intermediate orbit to a nominally periodic orbit that is closest to L//2. A method is obtained for calculating the motion of a spacecraft along a nominally periodic orbit for a sufficiently long duration of time. Estimates are obtained for the characteristics of monoparametric correction of the transfer trajectory that compensates for errors in making the transfer.
