摘要
It is shown that an increase in the total degree of area reduction from 10 to 50% in the final stage of rolling in the intercritical gamma plus alpha -range (760-740 degree C) favorably affects the combination of mechanical properties of 09G2 steel. In addition to an increase in the strength characteristics, an increase in the impact strength occurs at negative test temperatures, while the relative elongation and the impact strength at room temperature are not reduced in comparison with the completion of rolling in the gamma -range (810 degree C). An increase in the degree of area reduction in the subcritical range leads to a great increase in strength, accompanied by a decrease in impact strength and relative elongation. The use of a complex scheme of controllable rolling of 09G2 steel with successive deformation in the gamma -, gamma plus alpha - and alpha -ranges makes it possible to obtain a good combination of mechanical properties.
