摘要：
The paper proposes a method for evaluation of agrometeorological conditions for winter wheat growing in the administrative districts of Rostov Region in the U. S. S. R. The evaluation takes account of both soil and agrometeorological conditions and can be used to project the success of winter-wheat cultivation in each district and in the region.
