New approach towards fusion energy with no strong nuclear radiation

摘要
An energy releasing state in the D/Pd systems has been identified with a life-time of 104 seconds. It is shown that this life-time is the characteristics of the resonance tunneling of the Coulomb barrier via lattice confined deuterons. It opens a new approach towards fusion energy with no strong nuclear radiation.
