摘要
The influence of pipe geometry and various heating methods of a natural circulation system on the stability of the circulation are clarified. The investigations were carried out on a model system with the aid of a computer program. A very good survey of all the possible solutions of the circulation equation are provided by the so-called water circulation area. By applying the catastrophe theory it was possible to determine whether the solutions found are stable or unstable.
