摘要
Results of prolonged tests (during three heating seasons) of a hot-water boiler PTWM-180 are described. The boiler was connected with a district heating system through water-water heat exchangers. The connection scheme permits in boiler operation with chemically desalted water to provide reliable operation of the boiler during a prolonged period. After connection of the hot-water boiler into a two-circuit scheme and operation during three heating seasons the internal deposits on the boiler heating surfaces were not more than 200 mg/m2. The improvement of water-chemistry boiler operation due to water cleaning is determined by technical and economical calculations.
