Study of dielectric properties of ferroelectric P(VDF-TrFE) copolymers

摘要
The least-square fitting results show that dielectric properties of electron irradiated P(VDF-TrFE) film follow the law originally obtained in spin glass system. Relation between temperature and processing and irradiation condition are also studied. It is possible to meet application requirement for ferroelectric polymers by suitable combination of processing and irradiation condition.
