摘要
Using a graphical technique an analysis is made for the process of supersaturated solid solution decomposition. On the T-t-Z coordinates a surface is plotted which presents the dependence of Gibbs free energy on the temperature difference between equilibrium and nonequilibrium states and on the time of transfer into a nonequilibrium state (as-quenched state, for example). Geometrical constructions carried out on the T-t coordinates allow to conclude that the decomposition kinetics for supersaturated solutions is determined not only by activation energy Q but by the pre-exponential factor as well. The approach proposed is noted to be also true for any other relaxation processes in nonequilibrium systems (for example, in materials being deformed or irradiated).
