Focusing of high power laser passing through a lens with a central obstruction aperture

摘要
By using the generalized Huygens-Fresnel diffraction integral, the focusing of high power laser beams with amplitude modulations and phase fluctuations passing through a lens with a central obstruction aperture had been studied. The beam focusability in the focal plane had been discussed. Numerical calculation results show that the power (energy) focusability is dependent on the obstruction ratio, truncation parameter, the amplitude modulation and phase fluctuation parameters.
