摘要：
The advantages of teamwork in an organization as viewed by Margot Cairnes are discussed. The role of divisional structures in setting up political dynamism that encourages people to think from a division rather than an effective perspective are analyzed. The need to build strong, cooperative relationships between people in order to achieve the advantages of collective knowledge are also analyzed. The advantages of concentrating building cultures and communities within the organization rater than results, that makes companies successful are also discussed.
