摘要
The M6805 Family is Motorola's new growing family of single-chip Microcomputers. This 8-bit MCU family has been optimized to provide solutions for the high volume, low cost consumer. This has been accomplished by providing various combinations of ROM, RAM and I/O so that the consumer may choose the MCU that most closely fits his requirements. In addition to the ROM based members of the M6805 Family a series of EPROM based MCU's are planned. The EPROM MCU's are intended to cover a series of ROM based parts. This has been accomplished by expanding the RAM and EPROM memory to the maximum potential of a particular ROM based series of parts.
