摘要:
The use of high capacitance value ceramic capacitors in high-frequency SMPS output filters is examined. Results are presented which demonstrate that, for equivalent performance, the value of ceramic capacitor required can be significantly lower than that needed when aluminum electrolytics are employed. Data for resistive and reactive components for ceramic capacitors form 1 to 10 mu F over the frequency range 0. 1 1MHz are provided.
