摘要：
The goals and activities of the Technical Excellence Center, now established in Princeton, are described and placed in the framework of the Corporation's objectives. The approach is to use networks throughout the Corporation to maintain the technical excellence and interests of the engineering community. The services are broad-based and are being successfully used by a large portion of the RCA engineering population.
