摘要
The required properties for structural components of hot pressed silicon nitride (HS), which are used under severe mechanical and thermal conditions in gas turbines depend upon the starting material properties and processing parameters during hot pressing. The characteristics of Si//3N//4 powder which influence densification behavior during hot pressing, and the properties of the HS produced are: impurities and additives, phase composition and particle size.
