摘要
Studies carried out using laboratory made steel showed that Cr in the synthetic weld heat-affected zone (HAZ) suppressed the ferrite and pearlite transformations and promoted the Zw transformation. Ferrite sideplates and rodlike or needlelike ferrites were more liable to develop with an increase in the Cr content than massive ferrites and ferrite sawtooth. Fine colony pearlites formed more easily than pearlites of the other type. Cr raised the hardenability in the synthetic weld heat-affected zone of the test steels. The effect of Cr on the martensite hardness was very slight.
