Chromatic aberration of the self-focusing lens array

摘要
The origin and representation of the chromatic aberration were analyzed. The longitudinal and transverse aberration of the imaging system of lithium SLA (self-focusing lens arrays) was calculated and measured. The results indicated that under the illumination of white light, the transverse aberration causes that the clearness of image formed by SLA decreases and the resolution reduces about 3-4%. And the longitudinal aberration makes the width of the fringe change about 2-3%. The chromatic aberration is dependent on the property and the length of SLA.
