摘要
The electrochemical behavior of stainless steel 304L and 316L in concentrated sulphuric acid and the technology of anodic protection are systematically investigated. The optimum protection potential area is determined. Experimental results reveal that, by using anodic protection, the corrosion rate of stainless steel is drastically reduced in concentrated sulphuric acid at 80 degree C and 110 degree C. The stainless steel is effectively protected from IGA, and an excellent solid reference electrode is also developed.
