摘要
A p-n junction created in a carbon fiber was observed to possess photosensitivity, the value of which was measured. The response time and wavelength range to which this photomultiplier reacted were evaluated. Studies with pulsed and continuous radiation sources in the temperature range from ambient to thousands of degrees Kelvin were performed.
