摘要
The air particulate samples from atrazine (ATZ) workshops of one pesticide factory and the urine samples from 56 atrazine manufacturing workers in different exposure times were collected and analyzed. Study was carried out on atrazine and its metabolites concentrations. Airborne atrazine concentrations were ranging from 16.9 to 113.1 μg/m3 in the workshops and from 0.09 to 0.56ug/m3 in surrounding area of the pesticide factory. The absorbed ATZ was mainly metabolized to desiopropylatrazine (DIA) and deethyldeisopropylatrazine (DEDIA) and evacuate through urine of these workers. And the sum of the two metabolites was about 95.4% to 98.4% of the total atrazine metabolites. As concentrations of atrazine in air increased, concentrations of the atrazine metabolites increased and degradation of atrazine was more completely (from DIA to DEDIA).
