摘要
By analyzing the internal complex construction of Liaohe super-viscous crude oil, it is found that the high viscosity is caused by high nitrogen content. Then a new nitrogen polymeric viscosity reduction additive was prepared, whose characteristic groups were characterized by IR and 1H-NMR. Results show that the additive has the optimum viscosity reduction effect on super-viscous crude oil, the viscosity decline rate of reached above 65%. The flow model of different super-viscous crude oil systems was predicted by correlating two typical super-viscous crude oils viscosity-temperature relative at different shear rates. The correlation coefficient of viscosity-temperature prediction model is proved to be 0.987. Furthermore, the viscosity-temperature correlation figure at different shear rates, which appear to be more obviously and directly, was obtained by relating the three parameters of viscosity, shear rate and temperature.
