Research on the design of spherical pressure hull in manned deep-sea submersible

摘要
The present design status of the spherical pressure hull in the deep-sea manned submersible was reviewed and the characteristic of the spherical hull of 6000 m class manned submersible was compared. The design thickness and weight characteristics of the Titanium alloy spherical hull were given by plastic analysis method and the design factors including the safety factor, inner diameter, volume density and weight of the spherical hull were discussed.
