摘要
The characteristics of design and operation of a dimethyl-ether (DME) Pilot plant (100ton/y) was introduced. In the Pilot plant, the low ratio of H2/CO synthesis gas was produced by oxygen-rich gasification of corn core. The DME was produced effectively from biomass synthesis gas on the fix-bed one-step DME synthesis process, and then purified successfully by rectifying. The results showed that CO conversion reached 82.00% and 73.55%, and the selectivity of DME are 73.95% and 69.73%. The space time yields are 124.28 kg/(m3·h) and 203.80 kg/(m3·h) when GHSV are 650 h-1 and 1200 h-1, respectively. Deoxidation and tar removals of biomass syngas are critical to the stable operation of DME synthesis system. The H2/CO ratio of purge gas after once-through synthesis is high. It could be reused after removal of CO2, and the yield of DME would be increased greatly.
