摘要
The nanometer-sized ZnS was prepared by solid state reaction method at room temperature and the characters were investigated. The results showed that the particle diameters of nanometer-sized ZnS are in the range of 14-22 nm, mean particle size is about 18 nm and a specific surface area is about 58.8 m2&middotg-1. High activity nanometer-sized ZnS can be obtained through solid state reaction method. The ultraviolet absorption demonstrates that the increased bandgap is due to quantum confinement. The ZnS nanoparticles have no IR absorption. The nanometer-sized ZnS can improve evidently combustibility of the heavy oil-coal-water triplex liquid synfuel.
