摘要
Two NiWP/γ-Al2O3-SiO2 catalysts were prepared by the conventional method and microwave method, respectively, and characterized by XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption FT-IR, and fluorescence indicator method. The performances of olefin reduction for FCC gasoline over the two catalysts were investigated. The results showed that, compared to conventional method, the preparation time of catalyst with microwave method could be shorted from 48 h to 20 min, and the specific surface area of the catalyst prepared by microwave method was increased from 136.7 m2/g to 210.8 m2/g, as microwave could heat quickly and evenly. The carrier framework in the catalyst prepared by microwave method was the same as that in the catalyst prepared by conventional method, and the active components were dispersed more evenly. The total acid amount and L acid amount of the catalyst prepared by microwave method were more than that of the catalyst prepared by conventional method, so that the activity of the former was improved. Moreover, the olefin content of FCC gasoline after olefin reduction over the catalyst prepared with microwave method was decreased from 52.6% to 23.8%, however, the olefin content of FCC gasoline over the catalyst prepared by conventional method was only decreased from 52.6% to 25.6%. The octane numbers (RON) of FCC gasoline after olefin reduction over the catalysts prepared by conventional method and the microwave method respectively, were both increased by 1.5 units.
