摘要
Response surface methodology has been employed to optimize the supercritical carbon dioxide extraction conditions of Lycium barbarum seed oil in the paper. On the basis of one-factor-at-a-time (OFAT) experiments, a center composite with Box-Behnken response surface analysis adopted design has been utilized for mathematical modeling for oil yield as one response to extraction pressure, extraction temperature and time. The optimal extraction conditions were found as follows: material size 40~60 screen mesh, extraction pressure 37.8 MPa, extraction temperature 38.4 , static extraction time 5 min and dynamic extraction time 41 min, which would result in an oil yield of 21.78%.
