摘要
Since strong noises of floated gyro might be caused by permanent-magnetic gyro-motor, the paper analyzes the magnitude and formation of magnetic flux leakage of gyro-motor and the torquer. Finite element software ANSYS is used to calculate the main electromagnetic components by three-dimensional finite element numerical calculation. The air-gap flux density distribution pictures, the magnetic leakage form and size of these components are gained as well. Finally, the analysis results indicate that the cylindrical exterior of gyro motor and cylindrical end of torquer have large magnetic leakage, and the magnetic field coupling is existed between them. Hence magnetic shielding should be exerted to the cylinder exterior of the gyro motor and the cylindrical ends of torquer in the design.
