Conception of Life Cycle Total Assessment (LCTA) of an infrastructure object as the conception of multiple criteria decision making, has been presented in this paper. The method concerns selection of a best variant of the infrastructure object. Solution of multiattributive analysis appropriate problem by means of utility maximization, has been also discussed. Determination of LCTA Index by means of compromise function in the additive form has not been recommended.
