Investigations into deterioration of exterior slanting walls of buildings

Fall of exterior partial wall, for instance, tile, mortar etc. from buildings is becoming a big social problem in Japan. Especially, slanting wall is dangerous because it usually faces public busy road. However, such slanting wall is easy to be deteriorated because it can be a weak point in the waterproof. In this study, I investigated into the actual condition of deterioration of exterior slanting walls of buildings in two districts and analyzed relationships between such deteriorations and some attributes of buildings.
