摘要
Multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) were oxygenated by concentrated acid, and MWNTs/hydroxyapatite (HAp) composites were chemically synthesized by using an in-situ method and characterized by infrared spectrum, X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that MWNTs functionalized with hydroxyl and carboxyl groups form an efficient matrix for the growth of HAp crystals. Nano-short-clubbed HAp crystals are uniformly absorbed on the MWNTs and form good interfacial bonding at the same time.
