Preparation of nano-divalent silver powder and its sterilization properties

摘要
The nano-divalent silver powder disinfectant of 20-100 nm in diameter containing 65% of Ag2O2 was prepared from the nano-divalent silver dispersion fluid. The most effective powder disinfectant was produced by water washing of the filtered particles to a near neutral pH, then soaking in 8.0 g/L of DJ2004 for 24 h and finally vacuum drying at 70°C for 3 h. Compared to the performance of other silver based disinfectant in the static sterilization experiments, the new nano-divalent silver powder is more effective and also more resistant to the interference due to chloride ions.
