Current situation and development trends of plant ecological extracts industry

The ecological technology is a new processing type, which simulates the production process of ecosphere, in the plant ecological extracts industry. It contains a whole process flow including from material to product, from production to emission, and from residue to reuse. From the views of sustainable development of economy, society, and environment, the importance of plant ecological extracts industry is presented. Its connotation and four bottlenecks of China's plant ecological extracts industry faces, and six critical technologies that can break these bottlenecks, are discussed. Several strategies for developing this industry are also given.
