摘要
A hydraulic impactor is one of hydraulic equipments commonly used in engineering constructions. Due to higher acceleration of its moving components and the particular properties of its inertia working oil pressure during working, its working conditions are quite different from those of the conventional hydraulic equipments. It's necessary to establish its numerical simulation model rapidly and accurately. The hydraulic impactor simulation system based on the theory of power bond in AMESIM system, considering the main functions and characteristics of the hydraulic impactor, could quickly realize calculation of main simulation parameters of the impactor. From simulation of design parameters of the impactor of YYG250 hydraulic excavator, it was found that the error between the simulation results and the test ones was within 5%. It was shown that the simulation model was correct and reliable. This model provided a good platform for study on parameter design and shock properties of different series of impactors.
