摘要
On the basis of studying the on-line monitoring technique for traction transformer via monitoring the multi-component gases dissolved in insulation oil, the on-line monitoring equipment is developed. The polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) polymer membrane is applied for separating fault gases from oil, and the equilibrium time is less than 24 hours. Two gas chromatogram columns are applied, respectively for separating H2, CO, CH4, and separating C2H6, C2H4, C2H2. A type compound semi-conductor gases sensor is developed to detect the dissolved gases. A digital signal processor (DSP) and complex programmable logic device (CPLD) are applied in electric circuit printed circuit board. By comparing the testing results of the monitor running in traction substation with the testing results in laboratory, the errors for monitoring six fault gases are all less than 5% or 5 μL&middotL-1, thus the on-line monitoring device is validated to meet the requirements for engineering application.
