Summarization of intelligentized and networked induction hardening control system

摘要
The developing trend of the hardening numerical control system is specialization, intelligentization and network forming. In this paper, some subjects about the intelligentized hardening control system were summarized, including optimization of process parameters, energy monitor, intelligentized control of the power supply, multi-machine sharing the power supply, distortion detection and self-adapting, and winkling rejects. The network forming plan of induction heat treatment equipment was put forward, and hardening robot control system was also presented.
