Nd3+:ZnO-B2O3- Al2O3-SiO2 transparent glass-ceramic was prepared by melting and crystallization technology. The nucleating agent content on Nd3+:ZnO-B2O3- Al2O3-SiO2 transparent glass ceramic nucleation and crystallization performance were investigated by DTA, XRD, SEM, UV-Vis-NIR spectrophotometer, fluorescence spectrum measurement. The modified Kissinger equation of nucleating agent on the crystallization kinetics parameters, the crystallization activation energy E and crystallization kinetics of criterion, using Augis-Bennett equation to calculate Avrami parameter. the relations of microstructure and optical transmittance was analyzed, and the optical properties were studied.
