摘要：
The e-Leaning Portal was the newest form of network based education. SCORM ensured the sharing and utilizing of course content between different LMS. The research was focused on the technology details of Content Aggregation Model and Run-time Environment of SCORM1.2 and the support of LMS. A prototype e-Learning portal had been established through the research of the system architecture and content deployment model of IBM Workplace Collaborative Learning. This emphasized the importance of the courseware standard of the content authoring and the LMS.
