Noise suppression of 0D/2D flexible photodetectors mediated with atomically thin F-C functionalization on graphene channel

摘要
Understanding the charge-formation and current-extraction dynamics of a zero-dimensional/two-dimensional (0D/2D) hybrid system remains challenging. Here, by incorporating 0D carbon quantum dots with 2D F-C functionalized graphene, we designed UV photodetectors that exhibit an outstanding photoresponsivity of 4.66 x 106 A W-1 and noise-involved detectivity of 2.7 x 1017 jones, demonstrating frequency-dependent noise suppression.
