摘要
To align CIP with the company strategy performance measurement systems are needed that combine all relevant target groups and indicators, including „soft“factors. A good entry point for this is the EFQM Model, combined with classical management & planning tools. Implementation does not necessarily always require the full toolbox, and in most cases, a simplified approach is sufficient to solve the next improvement steps. With GOA & MITO two such interlocking and easy to use tools will be presented. © Carl Hanser Verlag, München.
