摘要
Based on the data of metal rubber vibration fatigue experiment, dry fretting experiments of 0.3 mm diameter cool-drawn 1Cr18Ni9 stainless steel wires at different loads were made on SRV high temperature wear machine by cutting and fixing wires on traditional column-block samples. Friction coefficients were collected and fret traces were studied by LSCM. The original surface of wire is 3.447 μm in roughness Ra, it spent 28 s for polishing the surface in early wear phase. According to friction coefficient, wear process could be catagrarized quantificationally as four phases as polish, adherence, forming of the third body and stabilization. The stabilization phase, in which the friction coefficients were stable, dominated the whole course. Value of Ra on contact interface was lower than that of the original surface of wires. Wear depth was between 50 to 60 μm.
