摘要
The electricity information acquisition system is the physical foundation of smart grid development, as well as a bridge between power supply enterprises and customers. The realization of two-way interaction will directly affect their communication efficiency. Based on an analysis of the demand for smart electricity interaction technology of electric power customers, power grid enterprises and social development, a function design scheme is proposed with respect to information acquisition, integrated monitoring, energy efficiency analysis, information dissemination, safety certification, device control and electricity strategy for the two-way interaction system. By discussing the characteristics of specified transformer users, common industrial and commercial users, and residential users themselves, a scientific and rational interactive demand model is created. Crucial supportive techniques such as data storage, data retrieval, information model creation, communication, and safety protection are enunciated, providing an effective channel for the energy flow, information flow and business flow between power supply enterprises and users. ©2015 Automation of Electric Power Systems Press
