摘要
Clean energy, such as hydropower, wind power and photoelectric energy, has been widely concerned because of its advantages of renewable and environmental protection. Considering the randomness, volatility and uncertainty of wind power and solar power, these two types of independent power sources are easy to bring adverse effects on the stability of the power grid. The starting point of this study is how to use the regulating performance of hydropower to promote the energy consumption through joint operation of Wind-solar-hydro (WSH) hybrid power system. This research focuses on how to use knowledge graph structure to obtain the multi-objective optimal operation rules of WSH hybrid system. Firstly, the knowledge graph structures of power station, time period, condition and decision are constructed, and the method of using knowledge graph rules to complete the operation is proposed. Then the multi-objective optimization model of operation rules is constructed with the demands of flood control, power generation, ecology, navigation, and the corresponding solving framework is proposed. Finally, the case study is carried out in WSH Experimental Base of Yalong river basin to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model and method. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) As the power generation increases, the matching degree between the power output and the power load decreases. (2) Hydropower can match the total output with the power load as much as possible through its own adjustment capacity and complementary operation with wind power and solar power. (3) Knowledge graph operation rules have the advantages of good intuitiveness, strong interpretability, flexibility and easy expansion.
