摘要
In order to develop a drawworks heave compensation equipment of independent intellectual property right, a novel semi-active drawworks heave compensation system of marine floating drilling platform was developed based on using the foreign technology, 'Active Heave Drilling Drawworks' as reference. The power configuration, energy saving effect and decoupling control mechanism of the system were analyzed through designing structures and parameters of this novel drawworks heave compensation system. The research results indicated that the system can reduce energy consumption by adopting a hydraulic accumulator to save energy and an electro-hydraulic compound drive mode, and realize the combination and decoupling control of drill-stem heave compensation movement and automatic bit-feeding movement by logically designing drive structures and control strategies of the drawworks heave compensation system. A mathematical model was built to simulate compensation capability and the results indicated that the system is of a good effect of compensation.
